Utilities Tunnel at New Kuwait University Campus
KCPC was responsible for construction, completion and maintenance of a 7×7 meter underground utilities tunnel. The tunnel is 4KM long, linking the basements of several colleges with the Central Utility Plant and the public shelters.

EQUATE Headquarter
Construction, completion and maintenance of Equate Headquarters Complex which consists of the main office building, a multi-purpose building, a mosque, sunken garden and a car park building (190 cars), built on an area of 20,000 m2. The office building has a circular atrium with ample public spaces, panoramic elevators and ceremonial staircases. Offices are located on the first and second floors.

Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Mussaed Al-Saleh Health Center located in Shaab Area. The center will provide health services for residents of Shaab and adjacent areas with a large scale clinic over a built up area of 6,614m2. It consists of various sections (Family Practice, Specialized Clinics, Dental Clinics, Emergency, Laboratories, Radiology, Auditorium).

In addition a grand main entrance with an atrium of 12 m height with a special design curtain glass wall. The tower has six parking level at podium..
